I am Michele Holley, the founder and CEO of Circle of Life Bereavement Concierge Services, LLC. My journey has been guided by a profound calling to assist those experiencing one of life’s most challenging moments—the loss of a loved one.

I am blessed with a gift to offer care and support during these critical times, ensuring that the burden of planning and logistics is lifted, allowing families to focus on healing and remembrance. My personal mission is to provide compassion and comfort while helping families navigate the complexities of funeral arrangements and associated tasks.

The inspiration for Circle of Life Bereavement Concierge Services stems from my own experiences with loss. I endured the passing of my beloved parents within a year of each other—my father in 2003 following a long illness, and my mother in 2004 from complications during a medical procedure. Their departure was not only a personal loss but a profound lesson in the emotional and logistical challenges that accompany the passing of those we hold dear.

I have faced the chaos of managing immediate responsibilities amid grief—making phone calls, planning funerals, and balancing family needs—all while trying to find moments to grieve. Supported tremendously by my husband, who has been my rock, we navigated these times together, reinforcing my resolve to help others.

Circle of Life Bereavement Concierge Services, LLC, is not a funeral home or funeral service provider. Rather, we serve as compassionate consultants, acting as liaisons between grieving families and funeral homes, vendors, and other service providers. Our role is to ensure that your needs are met with sensitivity and respect, free from the stress of planning.
